President Hassan Rohani

Press TV -(Mon Sep 9, 2013) Iranian President Hassan Rouhani says promotion of ties with the European Parliament (EP) and creation of a new atmosphere of interaction based on mutual respect are among the foreign policy priorities of the incumbent Iranian administration.

In response to a message from the European Parliament President Martin Schulz congratulating him on his victory in Iran’s June 14 presidential election, Rouhani expressed hope that relations between Iran and the European Union would enhance in the near future.
